This Banana Cake is seriously amazing! It's SO delicious and super rich in protein, essential fats, exciting flavours & gluten free. It was made using the "The activated grain method" which is an ancient technique excellent for digestion and increases mineral absorption from the grains and seeds. Perfecto!
Freshly baked this morning I served it with a simple sauce - 1 cup of blueberries warmed in pan with squeeze of lemon juice then stir in tablespoons of coconut yoghurt. YUM!
